The wait will have been longer than usual, but Season 5 of Riverdale arrives this Wednesday on The CW in the United States and on Netflix the next day.
In the tradition of Riverdale, things are going to get pretty crazy quickly. This time, Archie (KJ Apa) and his friends are confronted with mysterious individuals producing videos featuring them commenting on more than disturbing and increasingly violent crimes.
The group is also getting ready for the prom, the last part of this kind for them. These are indeed their last days as students at Riverdale High, and there are a lot of emotions and farewells to be experienced, between break-ups and departures for college (or elsewhere). The twenties for this group promises to be just as eventful, between ever more complicated romances and troubled pasts …
