Usually, Mayans MC airs in early fall, but it couldn’t be. Season 3 will finally arrive on FX next month, Tuesday, March 16, with the first two of ten episodes. Also announced, Season 2 of Breeders will debut on March 22.
As a reminder, Mayans MC season 3 will bring us back to Ezekiel “EZ” Reyes (JD Pardo) and his brother Angel (Clayton Cardenas) as they are closer than ever after finally discovering the whole truth about the death of their mother. However, it did lead them to make an important decision to protect their father, Felipe (Edward James Olmos).
Because of this, Adelita (Carla Baratta) is still federally owned, under the care of Lincoln Potter (Ray McKinnon). For his part, Miguel Galindo (Danny Pino) finds himself having to deal with the death of his mother in an apparent suicide, even if some suspect that his death was criminal. For the Mayans, a war has taken shape, now as they seek revenge on their Tijuana opponents, the Vatos Malditos, who attacked their club. Complicating the situation is the discovery of the body of a member of the Sons of Anarchy.
Finally, remember that Kurt Sutter, the co-creator of Mayans MC, was fired by Disney and FX. He had said at the start of the season that he would take a step back, leaving his professional partner, Elgin James, to take on the role of showrunner on his own, but he intended to stay invested in the show. This is no longer the case.
In the cast of this season 3 of Mayans MC, we, therefore, find JD Pardo, Carla Baratta, and Danny Pino, Richard Cabral, but also Edward James Olmos, Michael Irby, Clayton Cardenas, Emilio Rivera, Raoul Max Trujillo, Sarah Bolger, and Sulem Calderon.
