Warm-up your controllers, a new game of Mythic Quest will begin soon on Apple TV +. The platform is now offering us the first teaser for season 2 of its comedy that will be available from May 7.
If you are unfamiliar with this series from Rob McElhenney and Megan Ganz, Mythic Quest follows the team behind the (fictional) Mythic Quest game into the first season as the development of the Raven’s Banquet expansion is underway. This is complicated by the increasingly uncontrollable behavior of narcissistic creative director Ian Grimm (Rob McElhenney). His attitude begins to affect the entire team, especially his inability to share the credit for hard work.

In season 2, after officially making Poppy (Charlotte Nicdao) his creative partner, Ian is faced with a new challenge. He must learn to share power as the time comes to embark on the development of a new expansion for Mythic Quest.

In terms of the cast, this second season of Mythic Quest brings together Rob McElhenney, David Hornsby (Philadelphia), F. Murray Abraham (Homeland), Imani Hakim (Everybody Hates Chris), Danny Pudi (Community), Ashley Burch (Life is Strange) and Charlotte Nicdao (Childhood’s End).
