WandaVision recently ended on Disney + and the Mouse streaming service is now gearing up for another superheroic series to arrive on its platform: Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Captain America’s two friends are teaming up starting March 19, 2021, and starting now in a new trailer.
From its original title The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, this series takes place after the events of Avengers: Endgame and therefore brings together on the screen Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan who resume their respective roles of Sam Wilson aka The Falcon and Bucky Barnes aka The Winter Soldier. The two men team up on an adventure that will test their talent and patience.
Written by Malcolm Spellman and directed by Kari Skogland, the first season of Falcon and the Winter Soldier consists of only 6 episodes sees the superhero duo team up to face the group of villains Flag-Smashers, among others, as an enemy from the past resurfaces, determined to carry out his destructive plan.
