WHAT IS THE ANIMATED ABOUT?
Dragons: Race to the Edge revolves around teenage Vikings and the dragons they own. Harold tries to serve as a balance between dragons and Vikings. The plot begins to evolve as the teens are introduced to the new world, the Dragon Training Academy.
Very quickly, the children ally with the dragons and also fight the new villains. Harold and the other teens soon discover that not all dragons can be trained. Meanwhile, new enemies observe each situation and look for reasons to crush the Vikings and the dragons and end their bond.
WHAT IS THE RELEASE DATE FOR DRAGONS RACE TO THE EDGE SEASON 7 ON NETFLIX?
Dragons: Race to the Edge premiered its sixth season on February 16, 2018. The series was canceled shortly thereafter. Dragons: Race to the Edge will not be returning for a season 7 on Netflix since it ended with season 6. This is a common phenomenon for Dreamworks titles on Netflix, as very few of them extend beyond- beyond season 6.
Like most Dreamworks series, Netflix ordered multiple episodes of multiple series early in production. This means that a predefined number of episodes would be produced. Dragons were slightly more complicated thanks to the passage of hands but only six seasons were planned. Could this decision be overturned? Sure, but unlikely, as the team is probably moving on to another project.
