WHAT IS THE RELEASE DATE FOR ESCAPE ROOM 3?
Escape Room 3 has not yet been officially confirmed. When Escape Room: Tournament of Champions was canceled in April 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, Sony postponed the release for over a year instead of transferring it to a streaming service or airing it on VOD. This suggests that the studio has confidence in the potential of the Escape Room franchise as a reliable box office attraction.
No release date has yet been revealed for Escape Room 3. Before being delayed by the pandemic, Escape Room: Tournament of Champions was slated for release approximately 16 months after the first film. This means that if the film receives the green light soon, the release date of Escape Room 3 should be set for mid-2022!
