Yellowstone Season 4: Dutton's return postponed to fall on Paramount Network

Now available on Salto (season 2 has just been posted), Yellowstone continues on the US small screen on Paramount Network, which usually airs the series during the summer. Not this year. It has just been announced that Season 4 has been postponed until late fall.

The Dutton family should therefore not return until at least November. No date is specified at the moment, although we are offered a teaser and new names in the cast. Jacki Weaver (Animal Kingdom), Piper Perabo (Covert Affairs), Kathryn Kelly (Nashville), and Finn Little (Those Who Wish Me Dead) will be recurring in Season 4.

Unsurprisingly, with such a delay, details on the plot of Yellowstone Season 4 and, more importantly, the fate of John Dutton (Kevin Costner) following the events that concluded Season 3 are being kept under wraps - in this sense, beware of spoilers, because this teaser reveals the end of this season 3:

Paramount of course has more of Yellowstone to come. After Season 4, the prequel spin-off Yellowstone: 1883 is expected to follow, as this new series revisiting the Dutton ancestors' settlement in Montana is due to go into production this summer.
