EXPLANATION AT THE END OF DEXTER NEW BLOOD EPISODE 9
Kurt takes blood from the bodies of his murdered victims, as we witnessed in a previous episode. The cause behind this is revealed in this episode. In a sick, deranged attempt to protect their innocence, he keeps the bodies of his victims.
Molly is discovered among the deceased corpses by Dexter and Harrison. He kidnapped and killed her before displaying her as one of his trophies. Kurt is also no longer alive. Dexter ultimately admits to his son who he is and that he is the Trinity Slayer’s killer.
When he discovers Dexter and Harrison are in his bunker, he becomes furious. Kurt returns to his hometown, gathers some belongings and money, and attempts to flee, just as Dexter predicted. Kurt is ambushed by Dexter and Harrison at his home, and Dexter injects him with ketamine.
When Kurt wakes up on a dissection dining chair placed by his victims at the end of Episode 9 of Dexter New Blood, Harrison is there with Dexter. Dexter kills Kurt in front of his son to show him that he would never be alone and that there is a way to channel his Dark Passengers, despite his consciousness screaming at him not to.
WHAT IS CONTAINED IN ANGELA’S ENVELOPE?
It’s safe to presume that the envelope was left by Kurt or someone he paid. After learning that Dexter and Harrison had discovered his bunker, Kurt most likely did.
Kurt may have left the envelope in Angela’s mailbox after she left the house if he hired someone else to deliver it. With Kurt gone, the last episode will almost certainly focus on Angela and Dexter’s feud.
