BETTER CALL SAUL, EMILIO KOYAMA!
Before Kim leaves the office, Francesca announces the next client’s name: Emilio Koyama. He approaches the door, explaining that he doesn’t do paperwork, to which Saul responds, “Who cares?” Read this to find out how many episodes there will be.
Breaking Bad fans will recognize Emilio from Season 1’s first two episodes, “Pilot” and “Cat’s in the Bag…” He’s a longtime friend of Jesse’s and the cousin of a drug dealer as well as future DEA informant Domingo Molina, aka Krazy-8.
Emilio was instrumental in his collaboration with Walt. Emilio was Walt’s first murder as well, but before that, he sought legal counsel from Saul Goodman.
Jesse recognizes the lawyer who defended his friend Combo in episode 12 of Better Call Saul season 6. They begin talking, and he asks if she knows who Saul is, explaining that his friend Emilio is facing a harsh sentence and requires “top-notch legal representation.”
Emilio found out about Saul through his TV commercials, but Jesse is skeptical. Kim claims that when she knew Saul, he was a good lawyer.

While Kim sobs alone in the frame, her shuttle companion’s hand is seen reaching out to pat her arm and comfort her. It’s a brief appearance, but this same woman appeared in the Breaking Bad Season 3 premiere, “No Más.”
The camera frames Walt with a colleague as he takes the microphone to give a speech about why students must look for the bright side of the plane crash. Although she never says anything, it’s clear that she knows Walt and is the same woman as Kim in Better Call Saul.
It may sound strange, but this woman is co-creator Vince Gilligan’s longtime partner, Holly Rice.
