Royalteen was shot in Norway, Sweden, and Lithuania, with locations such as Oslo, Stockholm, Eskilstuna, and Vilnius. The Norwegian film’s production began on July 6, 2021, and ended about a month later on August 10, 2021. Read on for an explanation of the ending.

The production team filmed in Eskilstuna, Sweden, the town and seat of the municipality of Eskilstuna in the county of Södermanland. They were spotted filming several key scenes for the romantic drama in the city during the final stages of production.
The cast and crew of Royalteens even stopped in Vilnius, Lithuania’s capital and largest city, to film some important scenes. The metropolis, popularly known as the Jerusalem of Lithuania, is located in the southeast of the country and is visited not only by tourists but also by many filmmakers.
