Days before Mike’s wedding to Kiki, he loses his daughter Exodus after Season 1 of Mike. In reality, the four-year-old girl hanged herself on a treadmill cord on May 26, 2009, and died as a result.

Exodus was in the hospital on life support and had no chance of survival.
At Exodus’ funeral, Mike’s son Amir and daughter Rayna assisted their father. In his autobiography, he stated, “I was so proud that all of my children were there, that they remained resilient, and that they honored their sister [Exodus].”
